TRUE NATURE CO-OP

I agree to pay the $60 yearly membership fee to join the True Nature Co-op ($50 if I am a member of Farmer Tom's CSA). This fee is non-refundable, and must be paid upon first pick up. The fee will be renewed on the order pick up following my anniversary date. All co-op pick ups will be paid at True Nature Foods by cash, check or credit card. Pick up days and times are:

For Triple S Farm, every two weeks: Fridays 9am to 8pm, Saturdays 8am to 8pm, Sundays 9am to 5pm.

For KOL Foods, the first weekend of every month: Fridays 9am to 8pm, Saturdays 8am to 8pm and Sundays 9am to 5pm.

If I do not pick up my placed order within the designated co-op pick up times and dates, my account will be rendered inactive until I pay for the product I ordered. This rule has been put in place to provide a structured, sustainable co-op which benefits Triple S Farms and True Nature Foods. The product that I ordered and did not pick up will be sold and NOT available to me, even after I pay for it. Once payment has been received, my account will become active, in good standing, and I will be able to place orders. These terms are subject to change at any time.

*Please note that we require a certain amount of orders each month to cover the delivery cost for KOL Foods kosher meats. If this minimum is not met, we will notify you and carry your order over to the following month. If you do not wish to have your order carry over, then you must contact the store.
